Female Fertility Test
A woman's fertility starts to decline after she gets to 30, the hormone FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) is intimately involved with a woman's fertility and rising levels tend to be associated with reduced fertility. This hormone can be raised in women with irregular periods and will steadily rise as a woman gets older. As menopause approaches the levels get particularly high and act as an early warning system.
With this test a negative result is going to be good news although its not proof of fertility. A positive test result suggests your fertility is reduced and we recommend that you see your doctor to discuss the results and perhaps have more tests done.
This babystart™ home diagnostic screening test is a rapid test of FSH concentration in urine. The kit contains two tests and if both test results are positive it is an indicator of reduced fertility.

How does the test work?
Remove the cap and hold the absorbent tip in your urine stream for 10-15 seconds. Then lay the test flat and read the results after five minutes.

Babystart Male Infertility Home Diagnostic test is an easy to use screening test designed to help measure sperm concentration.This test should be used by men who wish to determine if their sperm concentration is above or below the minimum fertility standard of 20 million / mL established by the world health organisation. The Babystart Male Infertility test is fast and easy to use and gives accurate results in 15 minutes.

How does the test work?
The FertilMARQ™ Male Fertility Screening Test works by staining the cells in the sperm sample to produce a colour in a pretreated sample well. The intensity of this colour is then compared to a pre-calibrated color reference on the FertilMARQ™ test cassette. The colour comparison will identify whether the sperm concentration in the test sample is above 20 million/mL (positive test) or below 20 million/mL (negative test). A sperm concentration below 20 million/mL is clinically indicated as a preliminary diagnosis of male infertility. Two test results with sperm concentration less than 20 million/mL could result in an inability to conceive reproductively, and should be confirmed through more extensive clinical analysis.
